Barrier Group envelope façade cladding services cover the design, supply and installation as an experienced industry and trade approved contractor for the following systems:

  • Built-up insulated & single skin systems form manufacturers such as Firth Steels, Tata, Euroclad & Arcelor Mittal.
  • Standing Seam systems from manufacturers – Kalzip and Euroclad.
  • Single Ply Roofing Systems from Renolit Alkorplan, Sika & Sarnafil.
  • Composite Panels – the systems installed by Barrier include Eurobond, Kingspan, Paroc & Trimo. the bulk of the panels we install are Rockwool cored.
  • Architectural Rainscreen Systems Barrier work with systems from BTS Fabrications & Facades, Kingspan Dri Design & Gilmours.
  • Liquid Plastic Roofing systems comprising GRP catalytic activated solutions.
  • Industrial & Personnel Doors, Weather Louvers and Windows
  • Curtain Walling & Windows from manufacturers ranging from Metaltec, Reynards & Shucco.

Our unrivalled in-house design service uses 2D AutoCAD to generate details which in turn can be extruded into 3D models using Revit or other BIM systems.

All design work is fully supported by our in-house structural engineering capability which provides checking and verification of designs provided by both clients and specified manufacturers.

Additionally as part of our ‘one stop shop’ service provision we also fabricate all our own flashings ‘in house’ so as to ensure that we have greater control over quality, cost and programme.
